Ticket Purchasing Polices

Purchasing Agreement When purchasing from El Teatro Campesino Box Office (831) 623-2444 or El Teatro Campesino On-line store you agree to the following Polices:
1) All ticket sales are non-refundable or exchangeable*.
2) Once your order is processed all sales are final and tickets are only valid on the performance selected during the purchase.* On-line ticket orders are processed within 2 business days.
3) El Teatro Campesino reserves the right to change performance dates, times, and performances at any time. If ordering through El Teatro Campesino On-line store you will be notified of any changes by phone and email.
4) We ask that you purchase tickets separately from any merchandise found on our store site.
5) Tickets purchased from El Teatro Campesino On-line Store will be placed at Will Call under the purchaser’s Last name. Please be able to provide appropriate identification when picking up your tickets.
6) When purchasing from El Teatro Campesino On-line Store your tickets will not be mailed. When you check out of the store please select Ticket Processing NO SHIPPING. All ticket orders are subject to a $3.00 handling and processing fee.**
7) Discounts do not apply to ticket orders.
*El Teatro Campesino Members may exchange tickets once the order is processed. If a member wishes to exchange tickets for a different performance an email can be sent to support@elteatrocampesino.com please the following to the subject of the email (Membership Ticket Change order number etc-store ###). All member ticket exchanges are subject to availability.
**El Teatro Campesino Members do not have to pay the $3.00 processing. Members please email memberships@elteatrocampesino.com to receive information on placing your ticket order.
